About HelloResizer
A free online file resizer for images, videos, and PDFs — fast, private, and entirely browser-based.
Why We Built This
Most online resizer tools require you to upload your files to a remote server. That means your files travel across the internet, sit on someone else's infrastructure, and may be stored or processed in ways you can't verify.
We built HelloResizer to solve that problem. Every file you process stays on your device. Images are resized using the Canvas API, videos via FFmpeg WebAssembly, and PDFs via pdf-lib — all running right inside your browser. No server, no uploads, no middleman.
How It Works
100% Client-Side
Your files are processed locally — images via Canvas API, videos via FFmpeg WASM, PDFs via pdf-lib. Nothing leaves your device.
Batch Processing
Upload dozens or hundreds of files, set your target dimensions, and resize them all in one pass.
No Account Required
No sign-ups, no emails, no paywalls. Open the page and start resizing immediately.
Open Technology
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Hosted on Vercel's global CDN for fast access worldwide.
